About innovative healthcare
Healthcare Should Help
Patients Restore Health
Innovative Healthcare was created for patients who feel stuck managing symptoms without real progress.
We Care Deeply and We Refuse to Do Healthcare the Way It Has Always Been Done When It No Longer Serves Patients
Our story
"Built Because
Patients Deserve Better! "
As a leading diabetes care center, metabolic clinic, and wound healing center, we specialize in treating complex conditions connected through metabolism, inflammation, and circulation.
Innovative Healthcare was built by clinicians and healthcare professionals who wanted to create a different model of care, one that combines personalized attention, innovative therapies, and coordinated treatment strategies designed to address the deeper biological processes that influence healing and wellness.
Our team came together because we believed there was an opportunity to do more for patients. Many complex conditions — including those involving metabolism, inflammation, nerve health, circulation, and healing — are deeply connected, and too often managed in isolation.
Today, Innovative Healthcare helps patients facing complex metabolic and inflammation-related conditions, neuropathy, and complex wounds find a path forward. Through thoughtful care, advanced therapies, and ongoing support, our goal is to help patients move beyond managing illness.
We are Proud to Serve Arizona, Utah and Colorado.
What Guides Our Work
Better Outcomes Through Innovation
At Innovative Health, how we deliver care is not left to chance. Our work is guided by a defined set of principles that shape every patient interaction, every clinical decision, and every step we take as we grow.
We believe healthcare should be consistent, accountable, and focused on meaningful progress. These principles help ensure that as we expand and evolve, we do so without compromising the quality, responsibility, or trust our patients depend on.

Hope Earned
Clarity, education, and real progress so patients can move forward with confidence.
We believe hope should be built, not promised. By helping patients understand their condition and see measurable progress over time, we replace uncertainty with confidence. For patients, that means real forward movement, not just waiting and hoping.
Innovation With Discipline
Advancing care thoughtfully and only when it improves outcomes and can be delivered responsibly.
We challenge outdated models, but we don’t chase trends. Every treatment we offer is chosen because it is clinically sound, effective, and sustainable, giving patients access to advanced care they can trust.
Growth With Integrity
Expanding access to care without compromising quality, trust, or accountability.
We believe high-quality care should be accessible. As we grow, we stay committed to the standards and trust that define us, ensuring every patient receives consistent, responsible care.
Care That Builds Trust
Showing up fully, with time, responsiveness, and accountability at every step.
Trust is built through how we show up. We take the time to listen, communicate clearly, and follow through so patients feel supported, respected, and confident in their care.
